We use personal information to: process course enrollment and payment; deliver training content and issue certificates through Moodle; send account, course, and licensing-related notifications and reminders through RevStream/GoHighLevel; send newsletter and marketing communications you’ve opted into; understand and improve website performance and marketing using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; respond to inquiries; and comply with applicable legal and Texas DPS Private Security Program recordkeeping obligations related to training records.
Guardian 6 Protection does not request, collect, or store biometric data (such as fingerprints) or psychological/medical evaluation results. Steps in the state licensing process that involve fingerprinting (IdentoGO) or psychological evaluation (MMPI) are handled solely between the applicant, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and those third-party vendors — Guardian 6 Protection is not a party to, and does not receive, that data.
